Travel Advisory Services
At Our Whit’s End acts solely as a travel advisor and planner. We do not own, operate, or control airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, or other travel suppliers (“Suppliers”).
All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective Suppliers. Supplier policies, including pricing, availability, cancellation terms, and changes, are outside of our control.
Fees and Payments
Planning and concierge service fees, when applicable, are separate from Supplier costs and will be disclosed prior to services being rendered.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, planning and concierge fees are non-refundable and compensate for professional time, research, and planning services.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate personal and travel information
Reviewing all travel documents upon receipt
Ensuring passports, visas, and health requirements are met
Failure to review documents or comply with requirements does not constitute liability on the part of At Our Whit’s End.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, or supplier insolvency. Declining travel insurance is done at the client’s own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on the Website are the property of At Our Whit’s End or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Disclaimers
The Website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of Website content.
At Our Whit’s End is not responsible for Supplier actions, omissions, delays, cancellations, or force majeure events including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or government actions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, At Our Whit’s End shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or travel services provided.
